The “Alloys & Processing” activity groups together several activities related to metal processing : |

- The design and manufacture of moulds & complex-shaped tools, per unit or in small series, from in-house skills such as automatic polishing and machining of very resistant alloys, and from effective means of production.
|
|
- The manufacture and marketing of the “FIBRAFLEX” amorphous metallic fibres to reinforce concrete and mortars.
|
- The manufacture of machines and tooling intended for the production of glass wool (insulation market) from a technology peculiar to the Saint-Gobain Group and in exclusivity for the Group.
|
Its trump cards : a centre of expertise in “Foundry and metallurgy of superalloys”, important technical means, a network of academic laboratories to work with. |

This activity designs, manufactures and markets industrial installations (which can be customized), per unit or in small series, and offers engineering service : |

Its trump cards : Syspro works hand in hand with a multi-competent design department (20 employees : project managers expert in mechanics or automation, engineers in industrial computing system...), with a logistics department for the subcontracting in France, in Europe and in Asia, and with an International Technical Assistance department. |

SEVAX designs and manufactures building architectural hardware. Fortified by the experience acquired during decades, SEVAX offers innovating solutions. Its products are divided into 3 sectors :
