During the design phase, we offer a high value-added engineering service integrated into a complete digital chain.
The studies and simulations are made using the following softwares: CATIA V5, SOLIDWORKS, PTC Creo, Inventor, SOLIDWORKS Simulation, ...
SAP is used to save project data and financial follow-up.
Our methods departments rely on powerful simulation resources and the know-how of our experts:
Our foundry methods engineers and technicians design patterns and feeding systems and simulate casting and solidification.
Our machining methods specialists do the program (CAD/CAM) and simulate machining paths (NC Simul).
These crucial steps enable us to steer quality and production parameters efficiently.
In the production phase, the pattern is built, the sand mould is made and the part is cast.
Working together with our metallurgy laboratory, our specialised foundry produces metal alloys and superalloys such as high-alloy steels, stainless steels, refractory steels, duplex steels, nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys, as well as a self-lubricating stainless superalloy "SGS75"...
These alloys are made from very pure as well as recycled materials.

Manual or automated polishing, adjustment, welding, to comply with customer requirements.
The different inspections carried out allow us to confirm the conformity of the parts with customer specifications.
